Privacy Policy

VeriTrade is the Commercial Registry for the global mineral and metals industry. We collect, review and display the Commercial Files submitted by participants in accordance with our Commercial Review framework.

Information voluntarily submitted by a participant in support of its Commercial File is held under the control of VeriTrade and used solely for the purpose of conducting the applicable Commercial Review categories. Supporting documents are not publicly displayed on VeriTrade; only the Commercial File and the status of applicable Commercial Review categories are made available.

Contact requests submitted through the platform are sent directly to the participant, who may accept or decline the request. VeriTrade does not facilitate commercial transactions and does not share participant contact details until a request is accepted.

Participants may request access to, correction of, or removal of their Commercial File at any time by contacting VeriTrade.
