Commercial Files are reviewed by VeriTrade in accordance with its Commercial Review Standard.

The review is conducted manually by VeriTrade and is intended to organize and present commercial information in a standardized manner.

Applicants are free to submit only the information they are comfortable providing. Commercial Files may begin with basic information and be expanded over time. Supporting documents are not publicly accessible on VeriTrade. Only the Commercial File and the results of the applicable review categories are displayed. Supporting documents remain under the control of the participant and may be shared directly with counterparties if and when they choose.

No automated scoring, rankings or algorithmic assessment are applied.
