VeriTrade is the Commercial Registry for the global mineral and metals industry. It is not a marketplace and not a certification body. The platform records and reviews documentary evidence submitted by participants under its Commercial Review framework.

VeriTrade does not certify honesty, guarantee transaction performance, or guarantee commercial success. Commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information they submit. Any supporting documentation remains under the control of the participant and may be shared directly with counterparties at the participant's discretion.

Use of the platform is restricted to lawful commercial purposes. Misuse, misrepresentation or attempts to interfere with the platform may result in suspension of access and removal of a Commercial File.
